当地时间18日，俄罗斯总统普京就伊朗最高国家安全委员会秘书拉里贾尼遇难一事，向伊朗最高领袖穆杰塔巴·哈梅内伊表示哀悼。

普京在信函中称，拉里贾尼是俄罗斯真正的朋友，是一位睿智且有远见的政治家，他曾与其多次会面。

伊朗国家广播电视公司当日公布了普京的信函。
